Enterprise Skilling at Scale | High-Impact ESI Enablement:
Accelerated enterprise-wide capability building under the ESI charter by orchestrating and delivering large-scale, multi-track skilling programs across strategic accounts. Successfully executed high-volume workforce enablement sessions for a leading BFSI enterprise with 200+ learners per cohort and additional hyper-scale rollouts (500+ learners per session) planned for the next phase. Delivered an intensive multi-day DevOps enablement program, executed multiple ARB architecture deep-dive engagements across large manufacturing and automotive enterprises, and drove CLS and Project-Ready programs for top-tier IT services organizations—strengthening cloud readiness, DevOps maturity, and architecture-led transformation at scale.
Driving Public Sector Cloud Adoption Through Azure Skilling:
Secured and executing a state-level skilling mandate from the Government of Maharashtra to train and certify 500 students on Azure Fundamentals by the end of February. This initiative is focused on building foundational cloud readiness at scale, enabling early talent with industry-aligned Azure competencies, and supporting public-sector–led digital transformation through structured, outcome-driven cloud skilling programs.
Driving Enterprise Impact Through AI, Data & Copilot:
We delivered 8 high-impact programs, upskilling 370+ professionals across AI, Data Engineering, and Microsoft technologies. Participants from Infosys and PWC mastered agentic AI design and deployment, while Cognizant teams strengthened data engineering pipelines and analytics workflows. With TCS, we accelerated AI-driven digital transformation through Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform, enabling low-code innovation and intelligent process automation. Teams also explored Azure Local hybrid deployments, gaining hands-on skills to architect scalable, secure solutions. All programs emphasized practical, outcome-driven learning for measurable business impact.
