Synergetics recently conducted an in-person AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals session at Sinhgad Institute of Engineering, Pune, delivered by Smit Shah from the Synergetics team.
The session saw enthusiastic participation from 250+ students, making it an engaging and insightful learning experience. Students gained valuable exposure to core AI concepts, Azure AI services, and real-world industry applications.
We thank the Sinhgad Institute of Engineering team and all participating students for making this session a success. We look forward to many more collaborations aimed at equipping students with industry-ready digital and AI skills.
Scaling AI and Cloud Skills Across India’s Top Enterprises:
Over the past few weeks, we have been actively engaging with leading enterprises to drive large-scale skilling initiatives focused on AI, Copilot, and Cloud technologies, with several programs successfully delivered and many more scheduled in the coming months.
A 4-day Power BI program for 100 participants with Adani is currently on the verge of execution. In parallel, a comprehensive Cloud Technology enablement program for 200 professionals at Tiger Analytics has been planned, with execution expected during March.
We are also planning a large-scale enablement session for 300 participants at Infosys, covering Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, with delivery scheduled for March or April. Additionally, a focused AI session for 50 professionals in the Telecom industry has been planned to introduce participants to key AI concepts and practical enterprise applications.
Looking ahead, a major TechSpeed AI initiative with Oracle, designed as a broad-scale learning activity for nearly 1,000 participants, is scheduled for April–May. The program will focus on AI and Copilot, helping teams understand the impact of generative AI on productivity and innovation.
These engagements highlight the growing momentum among enterprises to build AI-ready workforces and accelerate cloud and AI adoption through structured learning initiatives.
1,700+ Professionals Enabled on Copilot: AI Skilling Momentum Grows:
We continue to see strong momentum in AI and Copilot enablement initiatives across leading enterprises through the Enterprise Skilling Initiative (ESI).
During March, two large-scale Copilot Chat sessions were successfully delivered for Mahindra, engaging nearly 1,700 participants and generating significant interest in AI-powered productivity tools. Building on this momentum, two additional Copilot Chat sessions are currently being planned for Mahindra to further deepen adoption and practical understanding of Copilot capabilities across teams.
In parallel, an Azure Role-Based (ARB) skilling session has been finalized for Icertis, with discussions underway to conduct another ARB program during March, aimed at strengthening cloud capabilities and role-based expertise within their teams.
Further engagements are also being planned across enterprises, including a Copilot Chat enablement session for MakeMyTrip, scheduled for March, which will focus on helping teams understand how AI-powered assistants can enhance workplace productivity and collaboration.
Beyond enterprise engagements, we are also working closely with Microsoft on a strategic initiative to develop an AI Skilling Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the Government of West Bengal’s IT Division. This initiative aims to build long-term AI capability within the public sector by enabling structured learning programs, hands-on training, and a scalable skilling framework for government teams.
These initiatives reflect the growing demand for AI-driven productivity tools and structured cloud learning programs, as organizations across industries accelerate their journey toward building AI-ready and future-ready workforces.
Accelerating Enterprise AI & Cloud Skilling Across Global Teams:
We continue to drive strong momentum through a series of Microsoft-led skilling and enablement initiatives aimed at strengthening enterprise capabilities across cloud, AI, and developer productivity technologies. Under the Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI), multiple T4H Connect and Scaled Webinar Motion sessions were successfully delivered through private and open enrollments, engaging participants across different regions globally. In parallel, DEPR sessions under Microsoft WWL were conducted for partners across the APAC region, further enabling partner readiness across multiple Microsoft solution areas.
As part of the Microsoft GSI Enablement initiatives, specialized technical programs were delivered for enterprise teams, including Azure Application Integration & Serverless Architecture training and GitHub Copilot Advanced training, helping developers, architects, and DevOps professionals build scalable cloud-native solutions and leverage AI-assisted development effectively.
